On the first floor you will find the kitchen, dining room, living room, porch, half bath, and full washer/dryer. The second floor offers 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom with a king bed, the 2nd bedroom with 2 double beds, and the 3rd bedroom with a twin. There is also a full bath on the second floor. This home is cooled with window units, and offers wifi internet for those that may need to work while on vacation. My Tern has a NO SMOKING and a NO PETS policy.
